Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy

As a small family-owned property in the middle of the forest we unfortunately need to have a rescheduling / cancellation policy. 

We even made a whole page here, so it’s not hidden in the fine print.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling: 14 days or more prior to your check-in date will incur a $30 processing fee & new dates be subject to availability.
• Requests to reschedule within 14 days of your check-in date will be at the Property Manager’s discretion & will be subject to availability.
  A $100 fee will be added to your reservation if it is able to be moved.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations 30 days or more prior to check-in will incur a $30 processing fee.
  The fee will be deducted from the deposit amount you paid when the refund is processed.
• Cancellations received 29 to 15 days, prior to the check-in date, will forfeit the booking deposit.
• Cancellations received 14 to 7 days, prior to the check-in date, will forfeit the deposit and a fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Cancellations received less than seven (7) days, prior to the check-in date, will forfeit a fee equal to 100% of the reservation cost and the balance due will be charged to the credit card on file.

We’re sorry but will not be able to waive our cancelation policy for you. We sincerely appreciate your understanding!

Please consider a personal trip insurance protection plan for any health, job, or family circumstance that might change your plans to visit with us on the dates you have reserved. One can be purchased online at a minimal cost for your peace of mind.
