What to do at Hedman Vineyards This Winter
At Hedman Winery & Vineyard, you will enjoy award-winning wines, along with tasty Swedish cuisine and a great atmosphere. The story of how Hedman came to be is a great story. The owners, Anders and Gerd actually began as a small cafe, selling fresh peaches to their guests from their orchard.
They also served delicious Swedish cuisine cooked by the owners. With little push from customers, Hedman began to sell wines with their meals and, Hedman Winery opened its doors in 2005.
This winter, Hedman Vineyards invites you to escape the wintery weather and get cozy, in their beautiful 1940’s barn with a warm glass of glögg. Their Swedish Café is a great place to enjoy winter comfort cuisine including their well-known Lobster Bisque (yum)! The estate wine and Swedish imported goods make great gifts for the holidays.
